  1. Why are the pay rates o low at Bashas’ Grocery? They will never keep good people without good pay because
    most places are hiring with good pay. Granted many are part time and good pay with no benefits but people cannot live like that and need a decent wage & full time hours with benefits. It seems they and others hire &
    hire and hire all the time because people are not staying. I would ask myself if I had a business why that is?!!
