  1. I tried to return a broken frame that the glass was broken when I was unpacking it. When I returned (I live 20 miles away and only shop every 10-15 days) the manager at that store in Temecula, Ca. said no…it was over 14 days. Well my receipt was only 12 days and I had spent over 60.00 buying frames for a school project. She would not even exchange it for a new frame. The packaging was not broken..I was not happy…I spend lots of money at this store and for her to not be willing to give me a new frame and return the broken glass one was not acceptable. I am seriously thinking of returning the remaining frames not used and shop somewhere else!! She was rude about it and I don’t like to give my money to rude retailers…
