Companies find that employee happiness is helping to increase productivity and cost efficiency.

Other content can include researched information, advice, and opinion. These types of content, while sometimes written on a deadline, ultimately allow for a very flexible work schedule.


Businesses and other organizations or individuals hire consultants, leveraging their expertise and knowledge in various fields to help solve problems and attain specific goals. They conduct surveys and interviews, and assess the pros and cons of various strategies, analyzing statistics and compiling and presenting necessary information.

A consultant’s job is to recommend and implement agreed solutions and provide training or coaching. Consultants are usually freelancers or work on short-term or project bases. Successful consultants usually excel at networking and building solid reputations.

Medical coders are data management pros who update and translate patient records for healthcare providers using a standardized medical classification system. They categorize medical chart information for billing and reimbursement purposes.
