Your online account 

If you regularly purchase products from Lowe’s, it’s a good idea to create an online account. You can do this through the company’s website or app. You can then purchase products from the comfort of your own home and have them delivered to your door.

This category includes products that contain lithium batteries. Products that contain or use flammable liquids, gases, or other hazardous materials cannot be returned by mail. You have to take them back to your local store to make a claim. 

When Refunds Are Processed?

When you get your money back depends on the payment method you used to make the purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be processed straight away. If you paid with cash, you will also be given store credit instantly.

The process takes a little longer if you paid with a debit card. In this case, it can take up to fifteen days for the refund to show up in your account. Alternatively, you can opt for an instant exchange for a product of the same or lower value.
